Terms of Service

"Service" means the Glossivo AI voice receptionist platform, including the web dashboard, voice server, and all related APIs and integrations. "Customer" means the salon or business owner who creates an account and subscribes to the Service. "Caller" means any person who calls a phone number connected to the Service. "Content" means call recordings, transcripts, booking data, and any other data created through use of the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business. By registering, you represent that you are authorised to bind your business to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Glossivo provides an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and handles common enquiries on behalf of your business. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The AI may occasionally misunderstand callers or provide incorrect information. You remain responsible for verifying bookings and following up with customers as needed. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your free trial lasts 7 days, after which your payment card will be charged automatically. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

The Service records calls for quality assurance and to provide transcripts. It is your responsibility to ensure that callers are informed that calls may be recorded, as required by UK law. The Service includes a recording notice in the AI greeting by default — you must not disable this. Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default and are accessible via the dashboard with signed, time-limited URLs.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You are the data controller for your customers' personal data. We act as a data processor on your behalf. By using the Service, you agree to our Data Processing Addendum (available on request).

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure - Use the Service to make automated or spam calls - Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glossivo's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
